Group Recognized by American Diabetes Association

Medical Group, Bloomington-Normal, has been notified that its three-year
recognition from the Provider Recognition Program of the American
Diabetes Association (ADA) and the National Committee for Quality
Assurance (NCQA) has been renewed, acknowledging its continued
dedication to high standards of care and education for its patients with
diabetes. Both OSF Medical Group and OSF St. Joseph Medical Center have
earned special recognition from two ADA programs – for Practice and
Education, respectively. OSF provides a unique standard in both
inpatient and outpatient settings which improves diabetes care and
education in McLean County.
McLean County has more than 9500 residents
with diabetes and more than 450 new cases are diagnosed each year.
